CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY. We are asking kindly that by booking this appointment you authorize WowYourBrowz to charge your card 50% of service fee when "NO-SHOW/ NO-CALL" occurs. 50% of service fee when late cancellation occurs -inside 24 hours period-. -NO EXCEPTION- Please cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment to avoid being charged. You will receive an email right after booking, and another one 2 hrs before your appointment to keep you informed about your upcoming appointment. EXAMPLE: If you have an appointment for a Wednesday at 2:00pm, you will NEED to cancel before 1:59pm on Tuesday. (24 hours before your scheduled appointment) RESCHEDULES: Please use the tools at your confirmation email to modify any existing appointment. Please do not DM or text to book or reschedule. Deposit is only transferrable once when needing to reschedule. LATE: I have a 10 minute late policy. Please call, text or DM me as soon as you can if you are going to be late. Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a cancellation of your appointment. A cancellation due to lateness will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 50% of the service. If you are traveling from out of town, please allow plenty of time to account for traffic and parking. AGE LIMIT (13-17) needs to be accompanied by an adult for Brow and Lash Services ONLY NO KIDS/NO EXTRA GUEST (unless needed to translate) PAYMENTS - Apple Pay, Debit or Credit, Zelle & Cash Accepted.
